This neighbourhood is built around a circle pattern of winding streets and characters with mature trees. Smaller detached and mid-sized detached family homes are your typical type. Great schools, lots of parks and close to many amenities. A wonderful choice for families.
Headon Forest sits in the middle for the age of a home in North Burlington. Not as old as Mountainside or Palmer but not as new as Millcroft or Alton Village. A great mix of townhomes, some lower rise condominiums and nice average sized 2 storeys detached homes. The houses have great floor plans and ample space for those wanting to do any renovations.
The highly desirable golf course community of Millcroft has become a harder to achieve the dream for many. This area winds around the Millcroft Golf Club and offers every type of home from condo-bungalofts to large 4000+ square foot homes backing onto the golf course. Sometimes described as looking like a movie set, the Orchard is a picturesque uniform looking community of homes with fantastic access to the QEW & 407. The yards in this community will be on the smaller side in comparison to others however people usually move here for the houses and great floor plans. Fantastic highly rated schools are also walkable within this neighbourhood.
Lovely neighbourhood of larger lots, mature trees, parks and schools. The typical home-style here is a side-split and back-split with some townhomes. Your families are moving to this neighbourhood and renovating as the original owners are starting to move out. A great option as it's close to both 407 & QEW, and amenities like grocery and community centres.
An area in the middle of Burlington with easy access to both East and West sides. Mostly townhomes offer a great opportunity to live in the area. Some smaller detached houses with nice yards and growing trees.
The newest area of north Burlington. This neighbourhood is a great mix of condos, semi's, townhomes and small to large detached homes. These homes offer high ceilings, ensuites and new finishes. A fantastic new state of the art high school was built joining a large recreation centre at the communities entrance. This area is close to the 407 and a quick drive down to the QEW/403. Big box shopping is around the corner along with new restaurants and groceries.
