Dana also helped us sell our first home, with grace. She staged our home, using some of her staging items but incorporating our items that were appropriate for the space. She gave clear and honest advice on what we need to remove in the space or add. She was present at all stages and helped us with those final touches prior to putting our house on the market. During the visitations, negotiation and closing stages, Dana gave her professional guidance on each. It couldn’t have been an easier close-and a quick one (sold in one long weekend on the market!).

Finally, Dana helped us find our second and long-term home. A home that was valuable for its land, location, price, and long-term potential. The negotiation and close was smooth and easy because of her. On the hunt for this home, she helped us narrow down a neighbourhood to save us time driving far and wide, and was careful not to overlook our personal desires for our next home. She also came with us to meet with our contractor for plans, and while discussing plans, she gave some suggestions that we didn’t think of and ended up going with!

I can’t recommend Dana enough. You spend a lot of time with a realtor and put a lot of trust in one, and we didn’t regret it with her! On top of it all, her personality made all the stages enjoyable. Thanks again Dana!

I worked with Dana in Spring 2021 to buy a home and sell our home (both in Burlington). She was beyond fantastic to work with. From the get-go, she really listened to what we wanted in a home and picked listings that would meet our needs and budget. She often knew about listings coming up and had extensive knowledge of areas (down to the street!). When we were looking through a home, she completely respected our feelings and opinions about a spot and was also there to guide us if we had questions about a weird-shaped room or what could we do here, etc to help visualize ourselves there. She was realistic, professional, kind, attentive and we ended up getting the perfect place to raise our family. We dragged her around to many houses, and we put offers on several properties, she had a great understanding of how things were priced and what the actual sale price would be. Even though a few places were beyond our reach, she always encouraged us to try and put our best foot forward— that’s how we ended up with our wonderful home! When it came to selling, she knew exactly what needed to be done to get the best price. She counseled us how to set up the home to look as good as possible for sale (but never insisted something had to be done). In the end, we exceeded expectations, especially considering comparable sales and we were beyond excited and impressed. Financials were a breeze with her, any questions and she had the answer, if she didn’t she had a great finance team at Avis that got us our answers ASAP. Legitimately the least painful moving/buying experience ever. I always recommend her to others, especially if you want an attentive agent and the best home for you and your family.
