NORTH OAKVILLE

Bronte Creek

Set along the edge of Bronte Creek Provincial Park, this upscale community was built around 2010 and is a mix of luxury townhomes and detached homes with some 3-storey towns at the north end. 

Westmount & Westoak Trails

Both are newer communities with a mix of townhomes and detached homes. Young families have enjoyed this area as the houses gave them enough room to grow their families while having amazing proximity to amenities. These homes are typically fairly low maintenance with smaller yards. 

College Park & Falgarwood

Located just north of the QEW/403 to the East and West sides these lovely family-friendly neighbourhoods have always been sought after. With large lots, older homes and mature trees families love these two areas. Easy access to the highways, GO station, amenities and the south end of Oakville. In recent years there has been a rise in construction with either large scale renovations or new custom builds. 

Glen Abbey

Glen Abbey is a well-planned community centred around the Glen Abbey Golf Course. Homes were built starting in the 1980s and have very traditional centre hall plans. Large homes with nice lots and many opportunities to back onto parkland, ravine, golf course or green space. Great schools and a central location attract buyers to their area. 

Glenorchy

Glenorchy is Oakville's newest and fastest-growing neighbourhood. North of Dundas between this quickly expanding community is home to many types of dwellings. Low-rise condos, stacked townhomes, 2-storey townhomes, 3-storey townhomes and smaller to larger detached homes. Brand new schools, new floor plans, new parks and easy access to the 400 highway systems. This area has become extremely popular and is continuing to grow. 

Joshua Creek

Set along the ravine, Joshua Creek is an upscale community of luxury townhomes and large detached homes. Buyers absolutely love the high ceilings, great layouts and proximity to all major highways. People commuting into Mississauga or Toronto typically love this location for this reason.

River Oaks & Wedgewood Creek

Located north of Upper Middle Road and South of Dundas these two areas have nice sized lots and traditional-style homes. Developed in different phases, the neighbourhoods offer an array of different sizes and ages of homes. A lot of renovations happening in the south ends of each and further north the houses become newer. Close to many amenities and lots of walking trails.
