SOUTH OAKVILLE

Bronte

Bronte's main attraction is the gorgeous Bronte Harbour. This waterfront area has been revitalized greatly over the past 10 years and is a busy attraction, especially in the summer months. Stroll along the boardwalk, eat at one of the many trendy restaurants, and shop some small boutiques. The harbourfront area is composed of mostly higher-rise condos and luxury 2-3 storey townhomes. North of Lakeshore you will see detached renovated homes or gorgeous new builds lining the mature neighborhood.

West & Southwest

Large lots, mature trees, and sprawling detached homes are staples of this area. Southwest was the first to see older homes demolished for new custom builds, however, in recent years there has been much more construction in the West. Families love this neighbourhood as the streets are quiet, the yards are big and the trees are mature. Close access to the lake, Coronation Park, and the highway. 

Central

Vibrant and eclectic Kerr Street is the heart of this area. Kerr Street shops and restaurants are ever-evolving and becoming the new trendy area to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. Central Oakville offers an array of different types of homes from high rise to low rise condos, luxury townhomes to smaller wartime houses, renovations, and new custom build. The walkability is what residents love about this neighborhood. Walk to Kerr or easily walk across the river to historic Downtown Oakville. 

Old Oakville

Historic Downtown Oakville is at the center of this charming neighborhood. With a mix of century-old heritage homes, newer custom builds, renovations, and luxury townhomes and condominiums this area is as always extremely desirable. Walk to Lakefront Park, grab a coffee or shop the many beautiful boutiques. Families with young children flock to this neighborhood for the prestigious private and public schools. Downsizers also love it for its walkability and proximity to the Oakville Club and many different restaurants. 

Morrison & Ford

Arguably the most desirable Oakville neighborhoods. Morrison and Ford areas can be recognized for their large estate-like lots and beautiful tree-lined streets. Most older homes have undergone extensive renovations or have been demolished to build 4000+ square foot luxury homes. This is also where you will find the palatial lakefront estates lining the north and south sides of Lakeshore Road East. Great public and private schools are also a big draw to this neighborhood, along with its easy access to the city.
